Is Delta Dental Patient Direct™ right for me?

Delta Dental Patient Direct™ is a dental discount plan for individuals and families in Oklahoma that do not have dental benefits through an employer. Delta Dental Patient Direct™ makes dental services more accessible and affordable to more people.

How much does it cost?

One low annual fee of $60 for an individual or $84 for an entire family provides you with savings on dental services and procedures for a full year. For families, the $84 annual fee covers both spouses and all children under 19 years of age.

What types of services covered?

With the Delta Dental Patient Direct™ program, you save on the majority of dental services and procedures – including routine cleanings, fillings, X-rays, crowns – even whitening, cosmetic and corrective oral surgery, and orthodontics (braces). Once enrolled, our List of Reduced Fees shows the reduced prices you pay for dental services and procedures included in the program.

Can I go to any dentist?

Not every Delta Dental dentist is a Delta Dental Patient Direct™ dentist. It is necessary that you go to a dentist, oral surgeon, or orthodontist in the Delta Dental Patient Direct™ network. These participating dentists in our network have agreed to charge the lower, set rates, according to our List of Reduced Fees. So while not all dentists participate with Delta Dental Patient Direct™, you can certainly encourage your dentist to join (at no cost to them).
